Medical Credentialing Specialist – U.S. Healthcare
Location: Karachi, Pakistan Salary: Competitive Salary

Manage end-to-end credentialing and payer enrollment for U.S. healthcare providers, with an initial focus on California physicians and behavioral-health providers.
Responsibilities
- Complete provider credentialing applications
- Maintain and update CAQH profiles
- Handle payer enrollment applications
- Verify provider licenses, NPI, DEA, malpractice insurance, education and other credentials
- Submit applications through payer portals and required systems
- Track applications from submission through approval
- Follow up with insurance companies
- Resolve application deficiencies
- Maintain credentialing spreadsheets/CRM
- Handle recredentialing and renewals
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate status updates to physicians and internal management
Preferred Experience
- Psychiatry / behavioral health credentialing experience is a strong plus
- California experience is also preferred
