We're hiring calling agents to manage outbound and inbound calls for our Pakistan-based client base. This role suits candidates who are comfortable speaking Urdu and English fluently and can build quick rapport with local clients. 2+ positions available.
Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls for lead follow-up, sales, and service inquiries within Pakistan
- Respond to inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently
- Meet assigned call volume and conversion/resolution targets
- Coordinate with the sales/support team for lead handoffs
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Fluent in Urdu; English is optional (spoken)
- Prior calling/telesales/customer support experience preferred
- Pleasant, professional phone manner
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Must be able to work on-site
Compensation
- 5% commission structure
