We are looking for a confident and experienced Calling Agent to handle outbound calls for a USA-based campaign. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a neutral/US-friendly accent, and the ability to engage prospects professionally over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based customers/leads
- Promote services/products as per campaign requirements
- Clearly explain offers and handle objections professionally
- Maintain call quality, confidence, and conversion focus
- Accurately record call outcomes and follow-ups
- Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in calling / telemarketing (USA campaign preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills with a strong accent
- High level of confidence, persuasion, and listening skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (USA time zone)
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
- Stable internet connection and professional call setup (if remote)
